Balance Payment Refunds: Since the full payment is made only after the event, there are no refund issues to address for the balance payment. However, if the event is canceled after the down payment is made, no further payments are required, but the down payment will not be refunded.

Price Adjustments: Any changes in pricing will be communicated before the event and will not affect the down payment already made. The final price you agree to before the event will be honored, and no refunds will be issued once the payment is made after the event.
